We normally have hostas that look like lace cutouts this time of year due to the slugs. My husband made the observation yesterday that our hostas have hardly been touched and we haven't seen many slugs around at all. Our theory is that the recent heatwave may have done them in plus fried any eggs lurking about. What are your observations? |
