I don't have the plant you are looking for but we have the Hortlandia plant sale coming up next weekend and perhaps you can find the plant there.

Hi Julie-Annie’s Annuals has this. Probably smaller than one gallon but I was actually just commenting last night that all of my mail order plants from Annie’s have done really well….including this Philadelphus which I love and has been super vigorous.
