We moved to Battle Ground, WA last summer and I’m looking for a garden designer for a consultation before we add some conifers and a vegetable garden area. We had high,dry acreage in Chehalem Mt area and now we are in a confer-type wetland. Can anyone recommend a designer who would be good for naturalistic design, especially with conifers. This isn’t major renovation. Many thanks.

I wouldn't overlook the resources of the ANLD (Association for Northwest Landscape Designers). They have a directory by geographical area, too.
A plant collector who gardens on nearly two acres on a hillside.
