The Hardy Plant Society of Oregon, commonly known as HPSO, is a non-profit volunteer organization for all gardeners: beginning or experienced, amateur or professional. Founded in 1984 and dedicated to the promotion of hardy herbaceous perennials, the Society now has over 2,700 members throughout the Pacific Northwest in Oregon, Southwest Washington, and beyond.

Special notice: We are monitoring the Covid-19 epidemic regarding its impact on HPSO activities. At this time, the HPSO office is closed to meetings and visitors. Our Open Gardens program will restart on an appointment-only basis.  Our 2020 overseas garden tours are postponed to 2021. With the cancellation of Hortlandia, a virtual site is now active with links to our vendors’ own websites: https://blog.hardyplantsociety.org/hortlandia-2020/.

Follow Hardy Plant Society of Oregon on Facebook and Instagram for fun and informative visuals. Members: Please read your weekly email for links to additional content, and be well and be safe!
