Garden Stories series

Typically personal, often amusing, occasionally poignant—and universally diverting—the Garden Stories take you a step beyond the plants and hardscape of gardening education.  Experts and enthusiasts recount the evolution of their own gardens; talk about garden or natural history; explain an obsession for plant collecting; offer keen observations about wildlife and nature; or share compelling stories about other people who garden.

Debuting in 2021 as a series of virtual talks, the Garden Stories are offered to members on an intermittent basis throughout the year.

HPSO members pay $5 to register for each Garden Stories talk; the non-member price is $10.  Wherever possible, the program may be viewed by registrants for up to a week after its live presentation.  A link to the recording is sent to all registrants as soon as it is available.
