Refund and Privacy Policies
Unless stated otherwise on the registration form, HPSO does not issue refunds. However, if the event is cancelled by HPSO (due to factors such as inclement weather, insufficient registration, or other things beyond its control), HPSO will issue the registrant a refund or credit towards another event of their choosing. The registrant must apply the credit within a reasonable time period or the refund will be considered a donation to HPSO.
There are no refunds of dues.
HPSO does not sell or distribute personal membership information to third parties. Basic information such as member names, business names, address, phone numbers, and other contact information is distributed, as appropriate, to committees or other members when needed for the conduct of HPSO official activities only.
Member contact information may be displayed on a webpage directory (in a members-only section of the HPSO website). However, members have the option to hide (or “opt out”) all or part of their contact information by managing their profile in the Member Center by clicking on My Profile.
